The First Phone Call
The admissions process at The Manor begins with a confidential phone consultation. You’ll speak with one of our experienced admissions professionals who will review your specific treatment goals, health history, clinical needs and expectations for treatment. If together we determine The Manor is the right program for you, we’ll take care of all the details to make sure your transition is as seamless as possible. If The Manor is not the right fit for you, we’ll help guide you towards finding the right treatment provider.
Who We Treat
The Manor treats both men and women, at least 18 years of age who are suffering from a primary drug or alcohol addiction. We specialize in treating co-occurring disorders with a focus on trauma.
All Private Rooms
At The Manor, every client receives a private room.
Use of Cellphones and Computers
You’ll be allowed to bring your cell phone and laptop or tablet to be used during non-clinical times and when clinically appropriate, as determined by your treatment team.
Getting to The Manor
The Manor is located near Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is easily accessible from Chicago’s O’Hare and Midway International Airports, as well as Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport. In most cases, we can arrange for you to be driven from these airports or surrounding areas.
The Manor can bill most insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. We’ll be happy to help you review and obtain the out-of-network benefits you may have through your insurance plan. If you’re eligible for out-of-network benefits, we’ll also help determine your out-of-pocket costs and potential reimbursement. The Manor does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
